FINAL REMINDER: GDPR & your RCSI Professional Competence Scheme EPortfolio - Deletion of historic records (PCS Year 1st May 2018 - 30th April 2019 data)

As per previous notification advising you that the RCSI Professional Competence Scheme, in consultation with the Medical Council requires that records are kept for a period of six years (current PCS year plus previous five years) to fulfil obligations under the MPA 2007. 

I now wish to remind you that the deletion of records for the PCS Year 1st May 2018 - 30th April 2019 will take place on Friday 19th July 2024.   If you want to retain any of your records for this period, we would encourage you to login to your portfolio to review your personal data stored by RCSI Professional Competence Scheme, and download these documents if required.   Please click here for Guidelines on How to Download your documents / records.  Any data falling outside our retention period of six years, will be securely deleted on Friday 19th July 2024.
