Applications for the Core Surgical Training (CST) 2025 intake are now open and will close on Thursday, 21 November 2024 at 5pm. This year we are excited to announce an increase in the intake numbers from 80 to 100 positions. Additionally, there have been updates to the scoring system, ensuring a more comprehensive selection process.

Last Thursday,10 October, we hosted our CST Intake 2025 Webinar, featuring valuable insights from CST Chair Mr. Dara Kavanagh, the CST Team, and ST2 Trainee representative Dr. Bridget Melley. The session, which included a Q&A segment, was well received and saw a peak attendance of 165 participants.
