Having spent 30 years as a caregiver across Ireland, the Middle East and the USA, Jacqueline became aware of the need for induction and communication training for medical professionals entering Ireland to work. This workshop will focus on fostering cultural agility and exploring the Irish culture, values, attitudes and behaviours.
