Applications for our flexible and part-time MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice are now open for September 2025 intake. 

 

The two-year MSc programme requires the completion of 90 ECTS credits based on taught modules and a research dissertation. It is expected that Scholars will complete most of their taught modules in their first year of the programme. In the second year of the programme scholars will focus more on preparing their research protocol and completing their dissertation.

Module 2 Research Methods: Protocol Development, Research and Analysis  15 Credits
Module 3 Research Dissertation 30 Credits

Global Surgery 5 Credits
Lean QI and Healthcare 5 Credits
Clinicians as Educators - Effective Teaching Skills 10 Credits
Medical Devices, Technology and Innovation 10 Credits
Leading and Managing Your Organisation/Service 10 Credits
Professionalism and Advanced Communications 10 Credits
Primary Care – Orthopaedic Module 1 10 Credits
