MSc in Healthcare Professionalism and Ethics now enrolling

The response to Professor Denis Harkin’s Essential Medical Professionalism CPD course, delivered on 19 March, has been overwhelmingly positive. Our thanks to everyone who attended and to those who shared feedback.

Professor Harkin, Head of the recently established RCSI Centre for Professionalism in Medicine and Health Sciences, also leads the university’s pioneering MSc and PgDip in Healthcare Professionalism and Ethics.

Designed for busy doctors and healthcare professionals, the fully online programme explores professionalism, ethics, biomedical law, leadership, and cultural competence. It aims to support healthcare professionals and leaders in shaping practice and leading with integrity across increasingly complex healthcare systems.

A limited number of 30% scholarships are available for applicants to the next two-year, part-time MSc intake beginning this September, offering a valuable opportunity for both professional and personal development while building on themes introduced in Essential Medical Professionalism.
