Head and Neck Trauma Management

This is a multidisciplinary course facilitated by experienced consultants in ENT, MAX fax, and neurosurgery. Participants will learn how to manage the airway in challenging difficult airway scenarios. Options and priorities will be discussed in the management of combined head and neck trauma. 

Participants will also practice skills such as emergency cricothyroidotomy, placement of burr holes, and closure of facial lacerations on simulated models.

If you would like to book and attend more than your FREE 3 full-day courses allowance, you will be required to pay an enrolment fee for the additional courses. However, this fee can be reimbursed via HSE’s Training Support Scheme. Further details can be found here
