The 4th National Human Factors in Patient Safety Conference recently took place on Friday, 25 October 2024 at the Royal College in Surgeons in Ireland.

With over 250 inter-professional attendees registered from all around the world, our hybrid event provided a spotlight on key human factors issues in healthcare with contributions from Dr Dale Whelehan - Forbes 30 under 30, Dr Helen Bevan OBE, and our very own Professor Eva Doherty, Director of Human Factors in Patient Safety, RCSI.

We would like to thank everyone who attended either face-to-face or online. Within RCSI, we are dedicated in championing Human Factors in Patient Safety initiatives in order to making healthcare safer worldwide.
