Dear doctor,
We write to remind you that we will host a Masterclass on Complaints regarding care on January 8th. This will cover communication strategies to effectively respond and address patients’ and family member’s complaints.
This class will be delivered by Peter Martin and Meg Chiswell and will take place in RCSI's new building in 26 York Street. The course is a full day training from 9:30am to 4:30pm and it awards 6 CPD credits. The course fee is €200 and you can register now online.
