In order to attain a Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training and to be eligible to apply for specialist registration with both the IMC and GMC, an emergency medicine physician has to complete an ultrasound course and a portfolio, as well as an ultrasound competency assessment.
Suitable for: Senior EM physicians who have completed a Level 1 Point Of Care Ultrasound course and want supervised, hands-on practice or a chance to refresh the skills and to be assessed in all Level 1 (Core) competence areas (FAST, AAA, vascular access and ECHO in life support)
Like
