This bone fracture fixation course will start with classification systems and decision making on the type of fixation of fractures in different scenarios. The practical sessions will range from the application of simple screws and plates to complex fixation of fractures using k-wires, tension band wiring, intramedullary nailing.

RCSI's brand-new Essential Surgical Skills course will provide attendees with the basic surgical skills which form the basis of most surgical procedures. There will also be an opportunity to further develop these skills and perform some simulated minor procedures.

We are inviting NCHDs to take part in a brief social media survey designed to better understand which platforms NCHDs engage with online. The survey takes approximately one minute to complete and is anonymous.
