Prof Michael West, CBE, The Kings Fund will keynote to further develop the theme of positive cultures and the courage required to lead with compassion, to have difficult conversations, and provide constructive and honest feedback to facilitate high-performing teams in healthcare.
Prof West will be joined by Ms. Suzie Bailey, The Kings Fund, Director of Leadership & Organisational Development and Ms. Myra Weir, Director of Human Resources & Corporate Affairs, South Eastern HSC Trust, NHS Northern Ireland. Dr. Colm Henry (Chief Clinical Officer, HSE), Ms Mellany McLoone (Chief Officer, HSE), Mr Joe Ryan (National Director Public Involvement, Culture and Risk Management, HSE) will also be presenting at the conference.
This conference has been extended to all senior clinical leaders and managers and all senior Non-clinical leaders and managers across all disciplines to create an opportunity to discuss the new ways of working across boundaries to deliver integrated care in line with Sláintecare.
