We would like to introduce ourselves as the new National Surgical Research Support Centre (NSRSC) which aims to support and promote surgical trial activity in Ireland. We have partnered with the HRB-Trials Methodology Research Network (HRB-TMRN) to offer a free online seminar: Introduction to surgical randomised controlled trials on the 11th May, 2022.

Speakers include world-leading experts in surgical trials methodology and local early career surgical-trialists. The NSRSC will also outline the supports it provides to conduct surgical trials in Ireland. This event will benefit anyone interested in the planning, design, conduct and reporting of surgical trials.
