Update: GDPR deletion of historic records in your RCSI Professional Competence Scheme EPortfolio 

Further to our email dated 27^th April 2020 when we advised you that we decided to defer deleting your cpd records that are older than six years on your PCS portfolio on 1^st May 2020 as previously outlined.  This was due to the fact that the RCSI offices were closed due to COVID-19 and we wanted to ensure that this deletion of records was carried out correctly.  

I now wish to advise you that this deletion of records will take place on Monday 25th January 2021.   We therefore ask that if you want to retain any of your records, we would encourage you to login to your portfolio and review your personal data stored by RCSI Professional Competence Scheme, and download these documents.   Please click here for Guidelines on How to Download your documents / records.  Any data falling outside our retention period of six years, will be securely deleted on Monday 25th January 2021. One further reminder will be issued in January before any of your records are deleted.
