FINAL REMINDER: GDPR deletion of historic records in your RCSI Professional Competence Scheme EPortfolio

As per previous notifications outlining that the RCSI Professional Competence Scheme, in consultation with the Medical Council requires that records are kept for a period of six years (current PCS year plus previous five years) to fulfil obligations under the MPA 2007. 

I now wish to advise you that this deletion of records will take place on Monday 25th January 2021.   If you want to retain any of your records, we would encourage you to login to your portfolio and review your personal data stored by RCSI Professional Competence Scheme, and download these documents.   Please click here for Guidelines on How to Download your documents / records.  Any data falling outside our retention period of six years, will be securely deleted on Monday 25th January 2021.
