In response to our Survey earlier this year, we received many responses regarding the PCS online portal.  There were a number or recurring themes and in order to address these we have compiled a new handbook which we hope will address a number of the issues highlighted in the survey – this handbook is an overview of the PCS requirements and incorporates all the guidelines and resources in relation to the PCS online portal - click here for the handbook.
