In a collaboration with the HSE, the National Healthcare Communication Programme (NHCP) and International Association for Communication in Healthcare (EACH), RCSI is delighted to launch a free online course to help clinicians navigate telephone consultations with patients and prepare for potentially difficult conversations about COVID-19 treatment. This activity has been approved for 3 CPD Credits.
