"Dear colleagues we’re really looking forward to welcoming you to the annual court of examiners event and or CSI. This is occurring at the end of what is a busy week for a lot of our examiners and invited guests.

As we’re anticipating a very high turnout would be very grateful if for some reason you can’t attend you let us know so we can allocate places to others who have expressed an interest.
