Prof Peter Gillen, MCh FRCSI, Associate Professor of Surgery, will lead out on our RCSI MRCS Part B Communications masterclass whereby the following will be covered:

  • Emotional intelligence testing and MCQs on communication skills
  • Didactic Communication skills training in the areas of gathering, giving and telephone consultations
  • “Fish-bowl” demonstrations of patient interactions using a combination of simulated and virtual patient interactions.
