RCSI is pleased to announce that we are currently recruiting for an Education Lead for the RCSI International Surgical Training Programmes. 

The Education Lead will have primary responsibility for ensuring that all participants on the RCSI International Surgical Training Programmes will have a world-class education and training experience in keeping with the goals and objectives of the training curriculum (ISCP). The Education Lead will therefore be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the trainees and for monitoring their training progress whilst they are in post in Ireland.  

The Education Lead will work closely with the Training Programme Director to ensure that all Fellows verifiably achieve their prescribed competencies through a robust assessment framework.
