The purpose of the survey was to reach out to all Surgical Trainers to find out how the College can support Trainers to continue to delivery high quality training to Trainees at all levels of post graduate surgical training.

This year the focus of the survey will be training in a post Covid era.

The pandemic had significant implications on the training environment and the survey will explore the different elements of this change, and how these can be integrated into training structures.
