We are delighted to confirm the theme for the 5^th National Human Factors in Patient Safety conference is "People in Patient Safety". 

Speakers for our highly anticipated 5^th National Human Factors in Patient Safety Conference on Friday, 26 September 2025 from 11am – 5:15pm will include:

• Prof. Dara Byrne, National Clinical Lead for Simulation HSE,  Professor of Simulation University of Galway 
• Prof. Tanja Manser, Director of the School of Applied Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland
