The RCSI Early Career Surgical Network aims to support surgeons who are approaching the end of their training, undertaking fellowship positions, or who have recently commenced practice as consultant surgeons. The network promotes collegiality, peer support, informal mentorship, and professional development through networking opportunities, educational initiatives, information sharing, and social events.
