I am writing to you today to invite you to our Human Factors in Patient Safety Conference and Dinner on Friday, 23 September 2022 from 2pm to 5pm. With a large amount of our Human Factors in Patient Safety Academy already registered for the event and dinner, it would be great if you were able to attend. Registration for the event is free for Alumni and there is a reasonable charge for the dinner to include wine.

Our conference dinner will also be a good way to connect with past/current scholars of the programme and meet together as a Human Factors in Patient Safety Academy. We would ask that past/current scholars confirm if they're able to attend the dinner by Tuesday, 25 August 2022.
