There are now more opportunities than ever to complete Surgical Training in a manner that fits with individual trainee’s life journey.

There are many reasons to opt to train flexibly, this might be for family, caring responsibilities, or health concerns.  Less than full time training, can take many forms, such as job sharing, 60% or 80% training.
