New Programme Timetable – RCSI Basic Surgical Principles and Practice Certificate
RCSI is pleased to announce the launch of our new provisional timetable for our highly in-demand RCSI Basic Surgical Principles and Practice Certificate.
The Basic Surgical Principles and Practice Certificate (BSPP) for SHO’s has been specifically designed for surgical doctors who are not currently on a formal surgical training programme.
The purpose of the programme is to provide educational support in a structured way based on the blueprint of the Intercollegiate Core Surgical Curriculum and the MRCS examination syllabus.

Prospective candidates looking to apply for this programme will need to be registered on our 2024-25 CPD Support Scheme.
